Maintenance Technician II (Experienced)
CondoCare – Seattle, WA
$26–34/hr DOE + overtime + mileage reimbursement
RW Anderson / CondoCare is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to handle a wide range of repairs and maintenance work across condo and HOA communities in the Seattle area.
This role is for a skilled, reliable technician who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and deliver quality work in occupied environments.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of assigned work and complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:
- Janitorial needs based on property
- Drywall patching and repair (small–medium areas)
- Interior and exterior paint touch-ups
- Door, lock, and hardware repair/adjustment
- Trim, siding, and minor carpentry repairs
- Caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing
- Fixture and component replacement
- Troubleshooting common property issues
- Completing punch-list and recurring maintenance work
- Communicating professionally with property managers and residents
- Documenting completed work and flagging additional issues
You’ll often work independently, moving between properties and managing your own workflow.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a strong fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of hands-on maintenance, repair, or construction experience
- Can confidently complete common repair tasks without constant supervision
- Have experience in:
- property maintenance / apartment maintenance
- facilities maintenance
- handyman / general repair work
- carpentry or finish work
- Own a solid set of hand tools
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Take pride in clean, quality work
